This Privacy Policy explains how Follow Labs Limited collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects personal data in connection with "Tap: Just One More", including the mobile application displayed on a device as "JustOneMore" and branded in the app icon and interface as "TAP" (together, the "App", "Game", "Service", or "Tap: Just One More").

We designed the Service to collect as little personal data as reasonably possible. You can use the Service without providing your name, email address, phone number, password, contacts, photos, camera content, or precise location.

By using the Service, you acknowledge that your data will be processed as described in this Privacy Policy.

The Service is operated by Follow Labs Limited ("Follow Labs", "Company", "we", "us", or "our").

For the purposes of applicable data protection laws, Follow Labs Limited is the controller of personal data processed through the Service, unless stated otherwise.

3. Account and Device Data

The Service may create a lightweight guest account using app-generated identifiers.

We may process account and device-related data, including:

  • user ID;
  • public user code;
  • device ID or app-generated device identifier;
  • platform type;
  • session tokens;
  • account creation date;
  • last seen date;
  • account deletion status;
  • related technical identifiers.

This data is used to create and maintain a guest account, sync game progress, maintain sessions, prevent account conflicts, support restore flows, and operate the Service.

4. Nickname Data

The Service may allow you to use an assigned or chosen nickname.

We may process nickname data, including:

  • current nickname;
  • previous or rejected nickname values, where needed for moderation or abuse prevention;
  • nickname format and profanity check results;
  • nickname visibility in leaderboards, referrals, results screens, and moderation tools.

Nicknames may be visible to other users. You should not include personal information in your nickname.

We may use automated filters to reject profanity, restricted words, invalid formats, or inappropriate nicknames. We may also manually review, change, reset, or remove nicknames.

5. Gameplay Data

We may process gameplay data, including:

  • scores;
  • best score;
  • game rounds;
  • taps and round results;
  • attempts;
  • cooldown and refill state;
  • boosts;
  • challenges;
  • bonus points;
  • multipliers;
  • sync events;
  • local and server game state;
  • leaderboard position and ranking context.

This data is used to run the game, save progress, support offline play, sync results, operate leaderboards, detect abuse, maintain game balance, and improve reliability.

6. Referral Data

If the Service includes referral features, we may process referral data, including:

  • referral code;
  • invite claim status;
  • inviter and invited account relationship;
  • referral rewards;
  • invalid, already-used, expired, or self-referral states;
  • referral abuse signals.

This data is used to operate referral mechanics, award in-game benefits, prevent fraud, and maintain game integrity.

7. Premium and Purchase Data

If you use premium features, start a trial, subscribe, make a lifetime purchase, or restore a purchase, we may process purchase-related data, including:

  • premium status;
  • plan type;
  • subscription entitlement state;
  • lifetime entitlement state;
  • purchase source;
  • trial status;
  • subscription start and end dates;
  • renewal, expiration, cancellation, refund, revocation, or billing issue status;
  • external purchase reference;
  • restore purchase state;
  • Apple App Store entitlement events.

All purchases are processed through Apple's in-app purchase system. We do not collect or store full payment card numbers.

Apple and its payment infrastructure may process payment, tax, billing, refund, cancellation, and subscription management data under Apple's own terms and policies.

8. Notification Data

If you allow or use reminders or notifications, we may process notification-related data, including:

  • notification permission status;
  • scheduled reminder time;
  • cancellation time and reason;
  • reminder tap or open event;
  • whether gameplay occurred after a reminder;
  • related device and account identifiers.

This data is used to schedule reminders, avoid duplicate or stale reminders, understand reminder performance, and operate the Service.

You can disable notifications through your device settings.

9. Technical Data and Logs

We may process technical data and logs, including:

  • IP address;
  • request timestamps;
  • app version;
  • operating system and platform information;
  • device type or technical device information;
  • server logs;
  • error logs;
  • crash or diagnostic events;
  • security events;
  • anti-abuse signals.

This data is used for security, debugging, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, reliability, service operation, and legal compliance.

10. Data We Do Not Intentionally Collect

We do not intentionally collect:

  • real name;
  • email address;
  • phone number;
  • password;
  • contacts;
  • photos;
  • camera content;
  • precise GPS location;
  • full payment card details;
  • advertising identifiers for targeted advertising;
  • health, biometric, religious, political, sexual, or other sensitive personal data.

Please do not put personal or sensitive information in your nickname or any other field in the Service.

11. Local Device Storage

The App stores some data locally on your device so that gameplay can work quickly and, where supported, offline.

Local data may include:

  • guest account identifiers;
  • tokens;
  • game snapshot;
  • sync queue;
  • pending nickname changes;
  • reminder metadata;
  • gameplay state;
  • premium or entitlement cache.

Some local data may sync with our backend when the device is online. Some data may remain only on your device unless you delete the App, clear local app data, or delete your account.

Deleting local app data may affect access to guest account data, gameplay progress, sync state, or purchase restore state.

12. Purposes of Processing

We use data to:

  • provide and operate the Service;
  • create and maintain guest accounts;
  • save and sync game progress;
  • operate attempts, cooldowns, scores, leaderboards, boosts, challenges, bonus points, and referrals;
  • provide premium access;
  • process entitlement status and restore purchases;
  • prevent cheating, fraud, abuse, and technical manipulation;
  • moderate nicknames;
  • schedule and manage optional notifications;
  • debug errors and improve reliability;
  • maintain security;
  • comply with legal, tax, accounting, platform, and regulatory obligations;
  • enforce our Terms of Use.

13. Legal Bases Where Required

Where applicable data protection laws require a legal basis for processing, we rely on the following legal bases:

  • Contract: to provide the game, guest account, sync, gameplay, referrals, leaderboards, purchases, premium access, and related Service features.
  • Legitimate interests: to secure the Service, prevent cheating and fraud, moderate nicknames, debug issues, maintain reliability, protect our rights, and operate leaderboards.
  • Consent: for optional notifications and any other processing where consent is required.
  • Legal obligation: to comply with applicable laws, platform rules, tax, accounting, consumer protection, regulatory obligations, and lawful requests.

Where we rely on legitimate interests, we consider whether those interests are overridden by your rights and freedoms.

14. Sharing of Data

We do not sell personal data.

  • hosting and infrastructure providers;
  • database and backend service providers;
  • Apple and App Store services;
  • payment and entitlement infrastructure;
  • Entitlement management providers;
  • security, diagnostics, support, and operational tools;
  • professional advisers;

Service providers may process data only as needed to provide services to us, unless they act as independent controllers under their own terms and privacy policies.

15. Sale, Sharing, and Targeted Advertising

We do not sell personal data.

We do not share personal data for cross-context behavioural advertising.

We do not use advertising identifiers for targeted advertising.

We do not use sensitive personal data to infer characteristics about you.

16. Third-Party Services

The Service may rely on third-party services, including Apple, App Store services, entitlement management providers, hosting providers, analytics or diagnostic tools, notification services, backend providers, and platform APIs.

These third-party services may process data according to their own terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for third-party privacy practices where those third parties act as independent controllers.

17. International Transfers

Your data may be processed in countries other than your country of residence.

Where required by applicable law, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers, such as contractual protections, adequacy decisions, or other lawful transfer mechanisms.

18. Retention

We keep personal data only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.

In general:

  • active account and gameplay data is kept while the account exists;
  • leaderboard, referral, and gameplay records are kept while needed to operate the game and prevent abuse;
  • purchase and premium records may be kept as needed for billing, restore purchases, fraud prevention, legal, tax, accounting, and dispute purposes;
  • technical logs are kept for a limited period unless needed for security, debugging, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, or legal reasons;
  • deletion records may be kept in limited form to prevent account recreation conflicts, fraud, abuse, or legal issues.

We may retain limited data for longer where necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our terms, prevent fraud, or maintain security.

19. Account Deletion

You may delete your account through the App if that feature is available.

Account deletion may remove your active account and related gameplay data from the Service, including:

  • scores;
  • leaderboard positions;
  • attempts;
  • boosts;
  • bonus points;
  • referral bonuses;
  • referral code functionality;
  • nickname;
  • game state;
  • active gameplay progress.

Some limited information may be retained where necessary for legal compliance, payment records, fraud prevention, security, abuse prevention, dispute handling, or to remember that the account was deleted.

Deleting your account does not cancel App Store subscriptions. You must cancel subscriptions through your Apple account settings.

20. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to:

  • request access to personal data;
  • request correction of inaccurate data;
  • request deletion of data;
  • object to certain processing;
  • restrict certain processing;
  • request a copy of data in portable form;
  • withdraw consent where processing is based on consent;

Because the Service may not collect your name or email address, we may need information that helps identify your guest account, such as your public user code, device-linked account details, or other app-generated identifiers.

We may decline or limit requests where permitted by law, including where we cannot verify the relevant account, where the request affects the rights of others, or where retention is necessary for legal compliance, fraud prevention, security, payment records, abuse prevention, or dispute handling.

21. Children

The Service is not directed to children where parental consent is required by applicable law, unless such consent is provided through the applicable platform or legal mechanism.

We may delete the relevant account or data where required by law.

22. Automated Checks and Moderation

The Service may use automated systems to:

  • check nickname format;
  • detect profanity;
  • process referrals;
  • validate premium state;
  • prevent abuse;
  • identify suspicious gameplay or technical behaviour;
  • detect cheating, fraud, or manipulation.

These systems are used to operate and protect the Service. We may also review certain issues manually.

These automated checks do not produce legal or similarly significant effects on you, but they may affect gameplay features, leaderboard entries, rewards, account access, or premium state where necessary to protect the Service.

23. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data.

No system is completely secure. We cannot guarantee that the Service will be free from unauthorised access, security incidents, errors, or data loss.

You are responsible for keeping your device secure and for avoiding unauthorised access to your app data.

24. App Store Privacy Information

We may provide privacy information to Apple for display on the App Store, including information about the categories of data the App may collect and how that data may be used.

The information in this Privacy Policy is intended to describe our data practices in more detail. If App Store privacy information and this Privacy Policy appear inconsistent, contact us so we can review and correct the relevant information if needed.

25. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.

The updated version will be posted in the Service, on our website, or through another reasonable method.

If changes are material, we may provide additional notice where required by law.

The updated Privacy Policy will apply from the date stated in the updated version, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
